Call 800-734-5400 Verify Insurance Joint Commission accredited · Admissions 24/7

Starting treatment can feel overwhelming, but admission to Turning Point Treatment Center is simple. Our admissions team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your questions, check your insurance and help you or your loved one get into care at our Joint Commission accredited treatment center in Mission Viejo, Orange County. In many cases, admission can be arranged the same day you call.

How the admissions process works

  1. Call for a confidential pre-admission screening. A short phone screening, usually 10 to 15 minutes, helps us understand your substance use, health and goals. We answer your questions and can help coordinate travel.
  2. Verify your insurance. We check your benefits for free and explain what your plan covers before you commit to anything. You can verify your insurance online or by phone.
  3. Arrive and begin treatment. When you arrive, you meet with our staff physician for a thorough intake, and together we build a plan to detox safely and comfortably, then continue into the right level of care.

Which program is right for you?

Every client receives an individualized treatment plan based on a clinical and medical assessment. Our levels of care include:

We also offer medication-assisted treatment, dual diagnosis treatment, couples rehab and pet-friendly rehab.

Insurance and paying for treatment

Turning Point accepts private PPO insurance plans. Plans we work with include Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Health Net. Coverage depends on your specific plan, so we verify your benefits before admission and explain any costs up front. Verify your insurance now.
