While in treatment, clients will work with an individual therapist to address their addictions, as well as engage in group and family therapy session. We take a 360 degree approach to wellness and offer fitness classes and alternative therapies like yoga and meditation to help our clients begin healing their minds, bodies and spirit.
Following inpatient treatment, all clients will receive aftercare planning and support to ensure a smooth and safe transition back to their daily lives. This continued supports allows clients to process post-treatment stress and potential triggers in a safe, supportive and familiar recovery environment, lowering the chance of relapse.
